This is Dehaka holding Tyrinore and Delandow's newborn daughter in his arms, hiding from them as they worried/raged for the loss. This is based off of her story she has YET to post, so you get a hint of what has happened.
Sabrin (her guardian) has hired Dehaka to kidnap and kill their daughter. Not wanting to take the deal, he does anyway because he knows that if he refused, Sabrin would hire someone who would.
In reality, he is saving her. Not kidnapping her.
